EVENT ORGANISERS
Black Adder welcomes invitations at weekends for folk and similar festivals, or community events.
We enjoy dancing at public houses during the warmer evenings, usually on a Thursday.
We have arranged workshops for small children, either for schools or children's groups, during weekdays or on weekday evenings.

Dancing Space and Surface
Most of our repertoire can be fitted into an area 10m x 6m, but the more space the better. Clogs need a surface that is fairly level, no loose grit, firm and dry. We cannot dance on grass. Paved areas are ideal, or a reserved area of a car park. The sound of the clogs is a key element of our performance, however for indoor events we will dance in normal footwear if the floor is unsuitable for clogs. Floors should be suitable for dancing for public events. Childrens workshops can be held on firm floor coverings.
